We just booked a mini vacation to Mackinac City, and Mackinac Island. We are looking to get our 1000th cache while there. Does anyone have some suggestions on some nice quality caches in the area?

Finding a date that a dozen cachers will all be free is tough and when it becomes an event that number will grow. How would the picnic work? I am thinking the motor powered boats can bring picnic supplies to one of the islands. We meet there, cache before of after we eat, then tell stories, make sm...

It seems as if this is not that interesting of an idea, I know I will be out on the water a lot this summer, anyone can contact me if they would like to find these caches. I will provide the boat. I would rather get a bunch of people together to do this, but we need some more ideas from you cachers ...
