Re: Who's On First?
What Yogi said. Ten cachers/caching families currently make up the SC. SC members have access to "thread rights", i.e. edit, delete, move, etc. in the case of a knock down dragout brawl. The admins that you've noted, have access to blow up the whole site

Re: Ohio Spirit Quest
My opinion of ISQ (the precursor to these): On a trip home from western Indiana Mrs. cheech gang and I got REAL tired REAL quickly of nothing but matchstick holders every few miles. Our numbers went way up, and our enjoyment of the hobby went way down. Your results may vary. Have fun with it. Now d...

Re: Ohio Spirit Quest
Definitely a thought for shortening the "Ohio Spirit Quest" to OSQ. It matters not to me, as a PDA user as well, but everyone has different opinions. And yes, other people call caches by similar names, using periods, etc., but are not part of this particular series. The attempt here is not...

At the risk of sounding repetitive, email Wolverine Warriors. They are the keepers of the Michigan Series.

Oh, and don't be afraid to add information later. You might just meet someone that knows that cemetery, or hear of so and so that is buried there. Cache pages are living documents.

Re: Ohio Spirit Quest
Well Joe, here are the guidelines I'm using to make the format (which if you use the link I put above to the ISQ profile are similar): 1. Take lots of photos. I suck at photos, but I have someone special who can make it work. Most notably the cemetery nameplate (if there), and a whole cemetery overv...

Ohio Spirit Quest
The time has come: #7 The Six Dog Team, along with THE SHADOW, have asked me to continue on the tradition of the Indiana Spirit Quest, over the border into Ohio. As such, Miss Eleanor and I have started placing hides in Williams county. The first one is up, with 15 more to follow this week. The reas...

Re: When is a Find not really a Find....
Whew. Look what happens when I take 10 hours to drive home. Caches are personal, and part of the game. As the owner, you leave or delete any log, at your discretion. Nuff said. As a finder, you agree to play by the owners rules along with gc.com. It's obvious we are going to see a new cache and or c...

Re: When is a Find not really a Find....
I'll say this. As a cache owner, you have the right to maintain your caches as you see fit. Bogus logs, incorrect logs, etc. are at your discretion. People get very peeved when logs get deleted, no question. But, for me, if you feel they didn't get the spirit of the hide, then bang, the log is gone....
