I'll bring a green bean casserole in a crock pot. So I'll need a place to plug it in. Also I'll bring some of the nut tarts I make.

We're planning to bring buffalo chicken dip. Also we have a smaller, regular-sized coffee pot we can bring for hot water purposes. Let us know if another coffee pot is needed.

Is it safe to assume crock pots are allowed or do they have some sort of regulation regarding cooking appliances?

If more hot chocolate is needed, we can pick up a gigantic thing of it from Sam's.

Crock pots should be fine. We may just need to arrange them in various places to spread the load.

Joe, why don't you bring it. I don't know how many cups ours is. We need one for coffee, and one for hot water for coco and tea.

Update on what PBZ is bringing. I bought enough stuff to feed a small army of geocachers buffalo chicken dip. Bringing tortilla chips, bread and celery to dunk in the dip. Also bought a 60-envelope thing of hot chocolate. We'll bring a small coffee pot too to help with the hot water situation.

How are we on silverware/plates/napkins/hot beverage cups, etc?

I have "dishes", table ware, table cloths, cups etc. Gizmo is bringing paper towels.

I'll also bring all the coffee fixins. I have to open up, so I may as well get the coffee going.

Not this topic, but we could use some decorations.

Just a reminder to bring serving equipment for your dishes. The last time we did chili and no one brought laddles and we all had to suck the chili out of the crockpots with straws, didn't work out so well.
