Just another crappy idea for a cache. Just asking for trouble despite having "permission" Like my log stated Does everyone working there know about the cache and all the shoppers know about geocaching and won't call the police and bomb squad? Hope he is done hiding crap like that......grrrrrrrrr

"Hope he is done hiding crap like that"

Not likely after looking at all his other primo offerings.

I wonder if it is really supposed to be in back like a couple of his others? Why would the manager need to ask seekers to park out front? Wouldn't that be otherwise obvious?

I was wondering that too but the back like his other ones wouldn't be a high muggle area. I just got a call from schnipdogs and he said he looked at 3 am and was getting weird looks from a cashier and she knew nothing bout it but another one knew of geocaching but was unaware of a cache there. He said he thought it was inside on a lotto machine and gave up after 30 minutes. That's just how close to the front of the store it actually is.

I got to read your note there and it wasn't worthy of being deleted.

Fusion Chamberlain and I looked for this one for about half an hour.

The cache owner e-mailed me later. I did get from him that it is Outside the store and that he hid it with an IPhone. I have yet to see a smart phone hidden cache be within 50 feet of its location.

If I lived in the area and I wanted to hunt it I would ask to see the manager BEFORE hanging around out front in the doorway acting in a suspicious mode. Just tell the manager on duty what you are planning on doing. Particularly if you feel you need to wander 50-100 feet in either direction from the door.

I would also be sure to wear a Sherlock Holmes hat and act creepy.

Maybe a large magnifying glass would be in order. A checkered shawl and a pipe would add to the creepiness and complete the picture.
