Waterproof & Airtight Geocache container found.

Post by GizmoGuy411 »

The Pharm on Airport Highway is selling waterproof & airtight plastic containers similar to the "Tupperware" style, but with locking flaps.
They are marketed by Heritage Mint (http://www.heritagemint.com). They have the original name of "Lock & Lock", and cost around $3 to $6, depending on size. While I like the larger camo ammo box containers, these smaller size containers can be used in many more places. (As GoodDog has aptly pointed out. Sorry GoodDog... I don't think they are UV resistant!)

Once at their site, navigate to: Kitchenware and Storage >> Lock & Lock

NOTE: On my last visit to the Pharm on Airport Highway, they have a full line of these containers! 02/26/2005.

THey have them in Meijer's in Maumee as of last week. I used one on my STAR TREK cache. Spray painted it with no problem.
