Van Wert meet, eat, and swap!

Post by Keger8 »

Ok, i need some ideas for the venue and set up of the VW meet, eat, and swap. I was thinking of holding at either Orchard Tree, which serves a little bit of everything, or Bob Evans. Both have good sized sections we could reserve and they both have good food :D . I was wondering if anybody remembers how the turnout was for the event in Van Wert a couple years ago?

Thanks,

theres a new ice cream parlor in town that opens tomarrow with ice cream, burgers, soup, etc. Its not a large facility so i need to have an idea of how many people from NWOGEO would attend. I will post the date later today

I would skip the ice cream place because it will be too small. Expect about 20 people, maybe 30. But any amount will be fun. As they say it "Plan it and they will come"
