Set up will begin at 9am for Event Planners.
(Event time is set for 11 am to 6pm)
Cleanup must end by 7pm

This is encouraging. I don't have time to find all the catergories (working), but if we do this, and I don't have to cancel it, I'll get two prizes for the cook off (NwoGeo will pay), and Mrs. GD and I will help with the food.
I guess I'll lead the setup also, since I have to be there to open the building anyway. This is all only if we get enough by Fri. to have it. Getting close.

I stopped by yesterday and checked out the Great Room, and talked to the staff, and took pictures.
They made a copy of the check-out checklist for us. I'll scan it or duplicated it here as soon as I can.
