Just last week we downloaded the I phone app. It works great, but now I see GC has a new 5.1 version out. If you follow the link from todays GC news, it takes the I tunes store and they want 9.99 for the update. Really, Gc wants to charge $ 10 for an update on an app I just got last week. That's greedy.

Once you've bought the app, updates are free.

If you already have the app installed, it's easiest to update from the App Store icon on your phone. Click on the Updates tab at the bottom of the screen.

Thank you Keystone. Maybe next time GC could add a line to the newsletter stating that for folks new to the aarp app stuff.
